About The Position
Management of all flooring installations through the Property Management Division.
Requirements
- Have earned a minimum of a Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Have one year of sales experience.
- Must have exceptional customer services skills
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required
- Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Be able to work independently and problem solve.
- Display a sense of urgency in order to address and satisfy customer issues
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage installations from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the scheduling department, sub-contractors, sales team, field supervisors and customers
- Manage daily installation schedules to ensure customer’s production schedules are met
- Troubleshoot any installation and/or flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customer
- Work closely with the sales team to understand the customer’s needs and upcoming projects
- Recruit and develop sub-contractors as needed
- Responsible for approving sub-contractor labor
- Perform other duties as assigned
