About The Position

PHILLIPS HOME IMPROVEMENTS is seeking an energetic, problem-solving, results-oriented Residential Remodel Installation Manager to run our Production Department. This role ensures that customers are 100% WOWed, budgets are met, and projects are completed in a timely manner for painting (interior and exterior), gutter, roofing, window, garage floor coating, and carpentry services. The company is a 5-time honoree of the Inc. 5000 list, has a long-standing positive BBB rating, and has won multiple awards for ethics and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience as a Residential Remodel Project Manager
Communicates with clarity and respect
Proficient with basic Windows computer programs
Knows and utilizes a defined management process "The Phillips Way"
Ability to confront problems head on and find solutions
Leadership from the front
Adaptability
Knowledge of paint, roofing, gutters, siding, windows, garage floor coatings
Negotiation skills
Clean driving record
Ability to listen to customer needs
Ability to climb a ladder with ease to inspect work
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Strong Leadership and Management skills
