Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more safely
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable with physical labor and heavy lifting (50+lbs)
• Positive attitude and interest in growing with the company

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist installers with custom closet and cabinet installations
• Load, unload, and move materials at customer job sites
• Learn to safely use hand and power tools
• Help assemble and install shelving, drawers, and cabinetry
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Provide a professional experience for customers
