As a facilities professional, you understand that accurate asset information, strong stakeholder coordination, and disciplined planning are essential when supporting installation lifecycle management. We need an experienced facilities specialist who can apply analytical skill, technical judgment, and proactive communication to strengthen asset management workflows for the Marine Corps. On our team, you’ll support installation asset management by evaluating real property portfolios to ensure alignment and compliance with existing infrastructure standards in order to inform maintenance, planning, and investment decisions. You’ll help maintain real property asset inventories, support the integration of updated field information into enterprise systems, and coordinate with Public Works and planning and engineering teams to ensure asset records reflect current conditions and operational requirements. You’ll also assist with preparing real property asset-related summaries, including tracking changes, supporting requirements validation, and helping align asset information with planning needs across the installation. Your ability to interpret real property asset data, collaborate with installation stakeholders, and support structured facility management processes will improve decision-making, enhance asset accuracy, and strengthen long-term installation readiness. With mentoring, exposure to complex asset workflows, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. Work with us as we support projects that impact the Marine Corps’ installation operations and infrastructure performance for the better. Join us. The world can’t wait.
