Our Installation Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks related to our installations/services. They would be responsible for ensuring customer projects are executed timely and accurately.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED
- 2+ year of similar administrative support experience
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus
- Customer-centric mindset
- Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environment
- Home Improvement/Home Services experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Verifies contract details post-sale
- Prepares initial labor and materials sheets to request project quote; prepares final sheets for installation crews
- Manages timeliness and accuracy of vendor quotes; approves final quotes
- Prepares pre-installation inspection forms; researches and resolves inspection delays
- Determines necessity of ancillary project expenses
- Ensure gross profit levels are maintained
- Ensure reconciliations are done timely
- Ensures accuracy of reported Installer compensation
- Collects payments as necessary
- Performs other duties as assigned
