About The Position

Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for an Installation Analyst to support the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) program. The Installation Analyst will support ship installation planning, ship availability coordination, logistics activities, and coordination between the program office, shipyards, and other stakeholders. This role is in Arlington, VA.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 4 years of relevant experience supporting ship installation, ship availability planning, logistics, program management, or a related field.
  • Must have an understanding of Navy ship availabilities and ship installation planning processes.
  • Must have experience coordinating activities among multiple organizations and stakeholders.
  • Must possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and action items.
  • Must have valid US Driver's License.
  • Must have an Active Secret security clearance and the ability to maintain it.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Program Management, or a related field, preferred.
  • Experience supporting Navy shipyards, warfare centers, program offices, or installation organizations, preferred.
  • Experience supporting RAM or other Navy weapon system installations, preferred.
  • Familiarity with ship alteration, modernization, and availability processes, preferred.
  • Experience coordinating installation schedules and logistics requirements across government and contractor organizations, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of shipboard installation activities for RAM systems and equipment.
  • Assist with ship installation planning and coordination throughout scheduled ship availabilities.
  • Coordinate program office requirements with shipyards, installation teams, engineering organizations, logistics personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Track ship availability schedules, installation milestones, material requirements, action items, and program deliverables.
  • Identify installation risks, scheduling conflicts, material issues, and other concerns that may impact successful execution.
  • Support development and maintenance of installation schedules, status reports, briefings, and planning documentation.
  • Participate in ship availability planning meetings, installation reviews, working groups, and other program meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics requirements associated with shipboard installations, including equipment, material, documentation, and support requirements.
  • Monitor installation progress and communicate schedule, technical, or logistics issues to program leadership.
  • Support resolution of installation and shipyard coordination issues involving multiple government and contractor stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate program records and provide recurring status updates and analyses.
