Requirements

Experience working with Cat5e/Cat6 cabling, low-voltage systems, telecommunications, or structured cabling.
Basic understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure.
Comfortable using Excel and other computer-based documentation tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

CompTIA A+ Certification
CompTIA Network+ Certification
Experience working in data centers, construction, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
Familiarity with ticketing systems, inventory tracking, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Install, route, terminate, and test Cat5e and Cat6 network cabling.
Support the deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure in data center and enterprise environments.
Troubleshoot connectivity and cabling issues to ensure optimal system performance.
Document work performed using ticketing systems, spreadsheets, and inventory tools.
Read and interpret diagrams, layouts, and work instructions to complete projects accurately.
Assist with equipment installation, rack and stack activities, and infrastructure upgrades.
Collaborate with team members to meet project milestones and operational deadlines.
Provide basic technical support and help resolve infrastructure-related issues.
