About The Position

The Install Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation of custom-made countertops to customers and work order specifications. This position also administrates and supervises the tasks of application installation workers and associates in the company.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant work experience
High School Diploma/GED
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to use power tools effectively
Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.

Responsibilities

Ability to lead the team to complete a given project
Plan and schedule install crew per project
Random inspection of install crews
Site walk-through and planning for the installation process
Ensures that materials and equipment are ordered for scheduled
Instruct crews on the proper use of materials and quality
Reviewing integration documents to ensure documentation is accurate
Resolves customer issues and problems encountered by installation
Minor job repairs when needed
Collaboration with and managing workflow with Fabrication Leads
On-site installation supervision/management
Day-to-day communication with clients and vendors regarding the installation process
Scheduling internal and external project team meetings – as needed
Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety procedures and safeguards are enforced
