About The Position
Service Technician for Bathroom Remodels Full Time position in 127 US 206, Suite 17 Hamilton, NJ, 08610 We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bathroom remodeling or similar trades, light plumbing, & carpentry, be committed to quality workmanship, and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for performing service and warranty work, minor repairs, and ensuring the job site remains clean and organized.
Requirements
- Experience in bathroom remodeling (1 or more years of experience considered)
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Clean, detail-oriented, and professional
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed
Nice To Haves
- Carpentry & Plumbing experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Complete service and warranty work on bathroom installations (walk-in showers, tubs, etc.)
- Assist with minor remodeling and repair tasks
- Conduct assessments of installed products and provide feedback
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide top-tier service
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during service appointments
- Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams for seamless job completion
