About The Position

The Install/Sales Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating HVAC system installations using Service Titan, ensuring accuracy of sales proposals, and coordinating with warehouse and installation teams for job staging and load-outs. This role involves pulling permits, ensuring compliance with local codes, and communicating with customers from post-sale through installation. The coordinator will monitor job progress, resolve scheduling or operational issues, coordinate inspections and job close-out, and follow up to close unsold proposals. Accurate job records, notes, and photos must be maintained in Service Titan.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC, construction, or coordination role
• Experience with Service Titan or similar software
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Experience with permits and inspections
• Service Titan proficiency (scheduling, dispatch, job tracking)
• Strong communication and customer service
• Organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and teamwork
• Some sales skills

Responsibilities

• Pay Range: $50,000 – $65,000
