About The Position

Valley Fiber Ltd is a full-service company offering dedicated fiber optic internet, TV, and digital phone for people across the province. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for talented people join us! We are seeking out a full-time Install & Repair Admin to join our team at Valley Fiber. This position will work from of Valley Fiber's production office in Winkler.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to collaborate as a team player with providers and customers
• High level of professionalism
• Ability to problem-solve and multitask efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions meticulously
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of installs and service calls
• Documenting, auditing and reporting as required
• Managing technicians’ calendars and activating customer accounts
• Office supply procurement
• Responding to all inquiries related to install services (Phone calls, emails, team’s messages)
• Providing internal/external IT & technical support as needed
• Other duties as assigned
