Responsibilities

Ensures installations meet quality, safety, and contract standards by overseeing teams.
Manage warranty issues and repairs.
Back up for Install Manager.
Resolve any installation & logistical concerns.
Point of contact for dispatch, warehouse, and install team to ensure each project is coordinated smoothly
Manage pending installations weekly.
Establish and maintain a positive and effective relationship with customers, subcontractors, inspectors, etc.
Coordinate all inspections with the permit coordinator to make sure all jobs are inspected and complete.
Responsible for coordinating all subcontractors to the job and communicating details to customer and technicians.
Promote Miltown's standards of quality and safety.
Additional duties as needed.
