Requirements

Able to arrive on time
A sound understanding of safety guidelines
Decision-making skills, especially when under pressure
Ability to work extended hours as needed
Capacity to provide and follow directions
Ability to work on active construction sites
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift as required by the job
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations across multiple job sites
Manage transportation, delivery schedules, and material tracking
Ensure crews, equipment, and materials arrive on time and in the correct locations
Communicate with project managers, vendors, drivers, and field supervisors regarding scheduling needs
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material orders as needed
Track fuel usage, company vehicles, trailers, and equipment assignments
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, shipments, receipts, and logistics reports
Resolve transportation, delivery, or scheduling issues in a timely manner
Assist with planning manpower and resource allocation for upcoming projects
Monitor project timelines and adjust logistics plans to support operational efficiency
Support field operations by ensuring smooth coordination between office and job site personnel
Work closely with management to improve logistics processes and reduce operational delays
