Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed.
5+ years of Project Management Experience.
Overseeing PM's and sub contractors.
Familiar with working with roofing, siding, windows and doors for residential.
Professionalism with client facing experience.
Self-motivation and discipline.
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful problem solving abilities.
Top notch customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Inspecting all aspects of the project to make determination of the scope of work.
Overseeing 3 to 4 project managers in the territory.
Communicating the agreement between company and customer.
Identifying alternative courses of action needed, and negotiating directly with the customer to alter the specific terms of the plan as appropriate.
Analyzing all legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain permits.
Recruiting, screening and managing crew members and subcontractors.
Ensuring that project is complete to spec at the end of every project.
Ensuring HGE safety regulations are being followed.
Maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
