We require energetic, motivated and career-minded Install Helper to be responsible for performing onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes.

Requirements

Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma in HVAC
A G3 or G2 Gas Fitter’s License
Clear Criminal Record
A valid class “G” Class Driver’s License with a clean record
Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude to work hard and learn
The ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment

Nice To Haves

1 year of recent HVAC Installation experience, with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers and water heaters, including tankless heaters
Other certifications such as ODP and Fall Arrest/Working from Heights

Responsibilities

Performing onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes
Completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of HVAC elements as per manufacturer and TSSA Standards
