About The Position

This role is designed as a hands-on entry point with a clear path from warehouse support to field technician. You’ll begin by learning the business from the ground up—and if you perform well, you’ll have the opportunity to move into the field within your first 3–6 months. As you develop, you’ll transition into more hands-on technical work, including: Installing HVAC systems, ductwork, and related equipment. Assisting with generator installs and gas line connections. Working more independently in the field.

Requirements

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

EPA Certification preferred

Responsibilities

Learn HVAC and plumbing parts, equipment, and materials
Pull and stage materials for upcoming jobs
Conduct inventory and cycle counts (warehouse and trucks)
Pick up materials from suppliers and deliver to job sites
Assist with loading/unloading equipment at job sites
Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
Ride along as a third crew member to support installs
Assist experienced technicians on HVAC and generator installs
Begin learning ductwork, piping, and system setup
Maintain accurate job documentation
Deliver a strong customer experience on every job
