About The Position

The Install Crew Standard with Driving position is responsible for safely transporting and installing event rental equipment at client venues. This role involves hands-on work, including loading/unloading trucks, setting up event spaces according to client specifications, and ensuring all equipment is handled with care. Drivers will also assist with deliveries and pickups, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service throughout the process.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Nice To Haves

CDL is a plus but not required.
Previous experience in event setup, warehouse operations, or delivery driving is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely drive company vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to deliver event rental equipment to client venues.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Adhere to traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Load and unload event equipment, such as tents, tables, chairs, linens, and décor items, with attention to detail and care.
Install and assemble rental equipment at event sites, following layout plans and client instructions.
Dismantle and pack equipment after events, ensuring items are returned in good condition.
Represent Curated Events in a professional and courteous manner during client interactions.
Address client concerns or questions on-site and communicate any issues to management promptly.
Inspect equipment for damages or missing parts during loading and unloading.
Report maintenance needs or damages to the warehouse or management team.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling heavy or fragile equipment.
Use proper lifting techniques and tools to prevent injuries.
