What You’ll Do: Work closely with customers, technicians, and installers to schedule installation jobs efficiently Ensure all necessary documents are completed, submitted, and properly filed for each installation Handle all necessary permit applications and coordinate inspections to ensure compliance with local regulationsSubmit required warranty registrations to manufacturers on behalf of customers Keep homeowners informed every step of the way, ensuring a seamless and stress-free installation experience Serve as a point of contact for field technicians, assisting with any logistical or administrative needs Double-check paperwork, permits, and job details to prevent errors and delays Oversee a small team of Install/Permit Coordinators in the Maryland Market

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role, preferably in home services
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – You’ll be working with customers, installers, and inspectors daily
  • Previous experience supervising and leading a team
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or scheduling software

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with permit applications and warranty processing is a plus
