Requirements
- Experience in electrical, home services, or construction industries preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with urgency
- A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations teams from sale through install completion
- Manage all paperwork and scheduling tied to generator installation projects
- Serve as the main liaison with local municipalities to secure inspections and permits
- Track, update, and maintain files related to site plans, approvals, licenses, permits, and registrations
- Monitor permitting requirements and communicate updates to the team
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed to ensure project flow
