About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Install Coordinator to be the central hub of our installation operations. As an Install Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every job runs smoothly from scheduling to completion.

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional phone presence and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
Proficient in written and verbal communication (grammar and clarity matter!)
High school diploma or GED required

Previous customer service or coordination experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily installation schedules and ensure jobs are ready to go
Communicate with customers, installers, field supervisors, vendors, and internal teams
Confirm installations and proactively manage scheduling updates
Serve as the primary point of contact for installation-related communication
Maintain accurate job files and customer records in CRM software
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
Schedule subcontractors, inspections, and follow-ups
Send daily scheduling updates to install technicians
Track pending installations and follow up with customers
Process install paperwork and assist with job costing for commissions
Support the sales team with scheduling as needed
