Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inspection or quality assurance roles.
- Strong understanding of inspection techniques and quality control processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Quality Inspection Experience, Aerospace Manufacturing, and First Article Inspection (FAI).
Nice To Haves
- Relevant certifications in quality assurance or inspection are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Identify and document any defects or non-conformities, providing detailed reports to management.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve quality control measures.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality assurance activities.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and production staff on quality standards.
