About The Position
The Inspector/Quality Assurance role is responsible for ensuring the customer end product meets Company and customer standards and specifications in a fast-paced silkscreen operation. The quality control and production facilitator plays a vital role in the ongoing production functions of the Company. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include: Monitoring print quality, Counting and sorting garments, Verifying accuracy to customer specifications, Tagging and boxing, Completing work orders, Assisting press operators as needed, Maintains a clean organized work area, Functions well as part of a team with the entire production department. The quality control and production facilitator has additional ongoing functional responsibilities, including: Assists in the development and/or institutes new procedures to improve accuracy and quality of products.
Requirements
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail is required
- Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities, meet assigned deadlines, and manage the related stress
- Sound organizational, records management, time management skills
