About The Position

This role involves performing visual inspections of products to ensure good quality, using various types of magnification. The position requires excellent dexterity for manually assembling small parts with hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment, and sorting products for defects. Additionally, the role includes completing production records and work order documentation, weighing, counting, packaging, and labeling finished products. A clean work area must be maintained.

Requirements

• Able to read and understand procedures.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Able to access a computer and perform basic functions in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Keep work area clean.
• Manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment.
• Sort product for defects as required.
• Visually inspect product to ensure good quality, using various types of magnification.

• Weigh count, package and label finished product.
