Requirements

Ability to identify safety concerns.
Ability to detect visual and physical defects in finished products.
Ability to maintain production data (scrap cause records, work order detail).
Ability to perform lifting, walking, stooping, bending, and leg and arm movement.
Ability to use manual pallet jacks.
Self-motivated individual.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production setting.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow good housekeeping procedures.
Ability to perform duties with the highest level of safety and quality.
Reliability, good initiative, commitment, and quality focus.
Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
History of excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

Inspect and package all finished goods.
Identify safety concerns through basic knowledge and behavioral observation.
Detect visual and physical defects in finished products before packaging.
Maintain production data, including scrap cause records and work order details.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, stooping, bending, and leg and arm movement.
Alert technicians to quality or machine issues.
Use manual pallet jacks to move materials occasionally.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and follow good housekeeping procedures.
Perform all duties with a focus on safety and quality.
Cover overtime and weekend work when necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
