About The Position
Under the close direction of a supervisor, the Level I Inspector performs and documents inspections or tests required by documented procedures, acceptance standards, industry practices, and contract documents. The role assists with inspection plans, promotes a safe work environment, and participates in training and certifications. Travel is up to 50%.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, scientific, or construction-related discipline from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma and 4 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of construction practices, including formwork, rebar, and concrete placing.
- Ability to locate, read, and interpret applicable quality codes and standards.
