About The Position

The Incoming Inspector at Cook Incorporated inspects all products purchased from outside vendors on a specified percentage base. As an Incoming Inspector, you will play an integral role in helping patients around the world get the medical devices they require! Your work will have a meaningful impact and allow you to help others in need.

Requirements

• No experience necessary
• On the job training is provided
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Inspect all products purchased from outside vendors
• Identify components with catalog description
• Read, comprehend and follow product and packaging specifications and manufacturing instructions
• Complete quality work at accepted department/production determined rates
• Performs work in compliance with Cook Quality Policy Manual
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization
• Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must maintain company quality and quantity standards
• Must have effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision
• Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
