About The Position
To perform all aspects necessary that the required inspections are used in the manufacturing of Machined, Tubes and Sheet metal components. This position is 100% on site.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of quality related experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
- Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities
- Check all work by mechanical and electronic inspection methods on the production parts, sub-assemblies, details, or components as production progresses to determine accuracy and completeness of layouts and correctness of machining or other processing.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection using inspection tools and gages, such as scribes, vernier calipers, height gages, depth gages, micrometers, cylindrical plugs and thread gages, periphery or PI tapes, decimal scales, indicators, inspection fixtures, coordinate measuring machine and other automated measuring devices.
- Responsible identifying non-conforming material and completing reports on defects.
- Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude.
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
