Requirements
- Use basic mechanical hand tools such as Caliper and micrometer and torque screw drivers.
- Use Electrical devices such as Digital Multi-Meters, Ohmmeters.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite applications including Word, Excel & Access Data Base and outlook
- Read and interpret Blue Prints.
- Intermediate math skills.
- Basic understanding of GD &T
- Basic CMM operation experience
Responsibilities
- Perform basic visual inspection by using devices.
- Record inspection data onto inspection form.
- Perform incoming inspection of parts which may include activities such as PO verification using ERP system.
- Perform in-process and final inspections for mechanical as well as assembly parts.
- Support machine shop QA function.
- Read product drawings and specifications.
- Utilize MS Office Suite applications including Word, Excel & Access.
- Work with quality and production personnel.
