About The Position

Inspector Class "B" shall be capable of performing the required inspection in any of the following categories: 1. sheet metal, welding, polishing and processing; 2. gauge room and dimensional inspection of components; 3. engine strip inspection. Shall not perform "first-offs" machine shop bay inspection or assembly inspection.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Attestation of College Studies (ACS) from l’École Nationale d’Aérotechnique (ÉNA) preferred or Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) from l’École des métiers de l'aérospatiale de Montréal (EMAM) (equivalent military training and experience will be considered).
• Must be Canadian citizen or permanent resident
• Bilingual in French and English

Nice To Haves

• Attestations d'études collégiales (AEC) de l’École Nationale d’Aérotechnique (ÉNA) preferred
• Diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) de l’École des métiers de l'aérospatiale de Montréal (EMAM)
• Equivalent military training and experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Perform required inspection in sheet metal, welding, polishing and processing.
• Perform gauge room and components dimensional inspection.
• Perform engine strip inspection.
• Not perform "first-offs" machine shop bay inspection or assembly inspection.
