Personnel set up and adjust test equipment and instruments and maintain their work areas, tools, machines, instruments, and chemical reagents. The role requires clear communication with teammates and other departments about quality issues and work flow. Inspectors participate in problem solving and other team activities, follow company safety rules, and use protective equipment as required. They may need to troubleshoot equipment setups, adapt equipment or instruments to complete tests, suggest workflow improvements, and take on additional work as needed.
