About The Position

This role is responsible for reviewing work order documentation, inspecting parts using basic hand gauges, and ensuring all necessary documentation supports shipping requirements. The position also involves part marking, creating nonconformance records, and maintaining inspection records for traceability. Administrative duties may also be assigned.

Requirements

Understanding of basic engineering print principals.
Must be able to pass a required annual vision test.
Organizational multi-tasking skills.
Communication and time management skills.
Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

2 years’ minimum quality and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience with basic hand gaging (calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

Review work order documentation including Router and IMS for completion.
Inspect part characteristics using basic hand gages as required.
Make copies to support shipping documentation of material and processing certs along with evidence of special processing as required by customer.
Part Mark product according to instructions.
Create and update internal nonconformance records as needed.
Maintain completed work order records according to traceability and evidence of inspection retention requirements.
Perform administrative duties as assigned.
