About The Position

AMAROK is seeking an Inspections Coordinator to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring that inspections for projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The Inspections Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to schedule, conduct, and finalize inspections during and after installation. This position acts as a central point of contact, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the inspection process.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Schedule all required inspections, coordinating with Project Managers, Compliance Managers, Service Technicians, Field Services, and Third-Party Contractors.
Manage rescheduling of inspections due to unforeseen circumstances.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Lead Technicians to schedule correction work when necessary.
Proactively follow up with Field Services to ensure availability for inspections.
Organize the Field Service weekly schedule based on geographical location for optimal efficiency.
Utilize company systems to track inspection progress, set follow-up tasks, and maintain project visibility.
Prioritize projects alongside Managers and Lead Technicians to ensure alignment with company goals.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure everyone has the information they need.
