About The Position
Join Our Team at SingleSource We’re looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing a high volume of inspection orders and vendor communication. As an Inspections Associate on our Field Services team, you’ll help keep property inspection orders moving from assignment through completion, working closely with vendors to make sure client requirements and timelines are met.
Requirements
- Experience in property preservation, mortgage servicing, or project coordination is highly preferred
- High attention to detail with strong vendor management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to follow up consistently
- Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach to your work and the ability to identify what needs attention without waiting to be asked
Responsibilities
- Manage property inspection orders from assignment through completion, ensuring client requirements and deadlines are met
- Communicate with field vendors by phone and email to track progress, resolve issues, and obtain updates on outstanding inspections
- Review incoming inspection results and documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission
- Assign and reassign vendors based on coverage, performance, quality, and turnaround times
- Follow up on overdue or incomplete orders and work with vendors to keep inspections on schedule
- Maintain clear, accurate notes and documentation within client and internal systems
