Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
  • Minimum of one year of stable work history or education.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous tire service, mechanical, or commercial vehicle maintenance experience preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow technical procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect commercial truck tires to identify maintenance and replacement needs in accordance with company and DOT standards.
  • Perform tire repairs, replacements, and related service while following company procedures and industry best practices.
  • Conduct inspections using the company's tire management program and accurately document findings.
  • Identify DOT compliance issues and communicate repair recommendations to the shop or approved service providers.
  • Enter detailed inspection and repair information into company computer systems.
  • Follow all Tire Industry Association (TIA) safety standards and company safety procedures.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while working with drivers to resolve tire-related concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate recommendations to management.
  • Share best practices and contribute to a collaborative, professional team environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
