About The Position

This is a temporary hire position to assist with organizing incoming inspection racks. The role involves locating parts that are designated for inspection but are missing from their expected locations or have not yet been moved. A key responsibility includes updating part locations within the AX system and performing data entry for First Article Inspections (FAIs) and/or tooling/calibration records.

Requirements

• Ability to be on their feet for long periods at a time.
• Able to learn how to read tooling reports and data reports to do data entry.
• Lifting requirement of 50#.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
• Good attitude.
• Outgoing and able to communicate well with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Organizing incoming inspection racks by need date.
• Ensuring correct locations for staged parts.
• Updating locations in AX if they are not correct.
• Locating parts not in the inspection location by tracing previous operations and locations.
• Learning to read tooling reports and data reports for data entry.
