About The Position

You will be an inspection supervisor for the PAC-3. Our team is responsible for delivering high-performance missile hardware and launch-vehicle systems that meet the toughest quality standards. As the Inspector Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the inspection effort for PAC-3 missile hardware, ensuring compliance with stringent quality requirements, and driving continuous improvement across the inspection process.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start
• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years in a production, manufacturing, or inspection environment

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Experience in DD250, DD1149 and shipping
• Supervision of teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of inspectors to achieve inspection excellence.
• Develop and execute inspection plans for missile components and launch-vehicle systems.
• Identify and resolve non-conformances, documenting findings and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to integrate quality feedback.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
