Fuel your passion The Quality Inspector is responsible for conducting comprehensive quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure all products and parts meet established specifications, procedures, and customer requirements. This role also supports continuous improvement by identifying non‑conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and maintaining accurate quality documentation. The position may provide guidance and training to junior inspectors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of QC/inspection experience required.
  • Have a strong understanding of quality standards, inspection techniques, and documentation practices.
  • Have an ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Have an Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Have a strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Performing visual and dimensional inspections of both parts purchased and parts issued from inventory, as needed.
  • Identifying, document, and report non-conformances in accordance with company procedures.
  • Supporting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Completing, audit, and maintaining all Quality records, Inspection reports, and related Documentation.
  • Ensuring timely distribution of quality documents to relevant departments.
  • Monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure quality practices are implemented and consistently followed.
  • Recommending improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
  • Providing direction, mentorship, and on the job training to less experienced inspectors.
  • Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues and maintaining compliance.
