About The Position

The Inspection Operator will be responsible for performing SEA inspections, drifting using a micrometer, and measuring imperfections with a depth gauge or wall thickness gauge, all under supervision. This role also involves maintaining the cleanliness of the workstation and surrounding areas, complying with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies, and performing other duties as directed by the Supervisor. Additionally, the role includes running tubing through an EMI unit and using pit gauges and UT Thickness gauges on service-induced defects to determine wall loss.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Knowledge of pipe and pipe handling, required.
  • Prior inspection experience, required.
  • BIT and MAG II Certification, required.
  • Ability to work with others on an inspection line.
  • Must possess self-initiative and leadership skills.
  • Basic Math Skills (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division), required.
  • Ability to work Monday-Sunday.

Responsibilities
