Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Employment eligibility verification is required at the time of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of related manufacturing or inspection experience preferred.
  • Aerospace inspection experience is a plus but not required.
  • Candidates interested in learning Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Perform receiving, in-process, and final visual inspections on aerospace components.
  • Verify materials and parts match work orders and engineering specifications.
  • Inspect incoming shipments and confirm accuracy against purchase orders and documentation.
  • Use precision measuring tools and visual inspection techniques to verify product quality.
  • Identify non-conforming materials and communicate findings to appropriate personnel.
  • Complete inspection reports, quality records, and production documentation accurately.
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve quality concerns.
  • Support continuous improvement, safety, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
