About The Position

The Inspections Coordinator works under the direction of the Partnership Manager and serves as the central point of contact for scheduling and coordinating property inspections across markets. This role manages a high volume of appointments across multiple calendars, vendors, and stakeholders, while delivering consistent excellent customer experience to homeowners, agents, and internal teams throughout the inspection process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, and a customer-facing operations role.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of appointments or tasks simultaneously without dropping details.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, and general office tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm and courteous when plans change.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently to establish and manage work priorities, activities, and timelines to achieve results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous real estate, property management, or field services experience.
  • Experience with property management or inspection scheduling software.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule property inspections across multiple markets, balancing inspector availability, customer timelines, and property access windows, and proactively resolving conflicts before they become problems.
  • Coordinate with inspectors, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to track inspections from request to completion and ensure timely results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, homeowners, agents, and vendors throughout the inspection process, setting expectations and proactively communicating scheduling changes or delays.
  • Answer inbound calls and emails promptly and resolve scheduling conflicts or customer concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating when appropriate.
  • Follow up after inspections to confirm satisfaction and address outstanding questions or issues.
  • Support the broader operations team with additional coordination tasks as needed.
