Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (minimum)
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Cleans and tests machine sensors, changes stamp roller
• Hooks up work to machine, confirming that job card matches item, color and stamp
• Removes all defective chain as instructions indicate, and replaces with a finished goods connection
• Moves finished lots to spooling process
• Confirms job car information with job, then scans card and creates inside spool labels
• Hooks up work and sets machine to proper counter meter setting for item
• Inspect each spool as it doffs, making sure color, stamp and chain direction is correct
• Moves finished job to pack area with appropriate job card
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
