About The Position

Our BDO Office is looking for an Insolvency Analyst to join the Personal Debt Solutions team in-office. This role involves drafting documents, letters, and various correspondence to clients, accurately entering documents into internal systems, creating formal documents in the insolvency database, and performing various other duties to assist the Personal Debt Solutions department. The role also includes community outreach and the use of social media to promote personal debt solutions offerings. Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to liaise well with staff and outside parties
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment
Ability to support high-level management demands with strong attention to detail
Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Proficiency in spoken and written English is required
