Requirements
- 5 years of experience servicing consumer brand clients from a product perspective, specifically within market research.
- Experience managing others.
- Experience with cross-functional workflows (with engineering, data, sales, etc.).
- Proficiency in using SQL or Excel to analyze data and surface impactful insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead the emerging sector insights team, taking ownership of insights for high-profile accounts.
- Manage a team dedicated to category thought leadership and client service.
- Lead product strategy for various categories, collaborating with data counterparts on product roadmaps.
- Manage a team of insights analysts, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Be responsible for the commercial success of the sector, working with revenue counterparts on upsell and renewal opportunities.
