An Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data, reports, and programs within several client accounts, while learning the Hypothesis Way and developing foundational analysis and storytelling skills. This role involves collaborating with team members to contribute insights and foster innovation, demonstrating leadership and communication skills to create a supportive and collaborative workplace. The Analyst will also manage project timelines, vendor fieldwork, and budgets, assist in creating research materials like questionnaires and discussion guides, and execute quality assurance checks on programs, tab specs, and reports. Additionally, the role requires utilizing and developing data analysis skills to derive meaningful insights and recommendations, assisting with report pulling, contributing to successful reporting with analysis and creative data slide ideas, and gaining experience as a trusted advisor to clients by shadowing calls and attending final report presentations. The Analyst will also contribute to company culture, champion the Hypothesis Way, and support business growth by delivering high-quality insights.
