You will be the I&A Manager of our Consumer Engagement & Business Insights & Analytics team that supports the Core Reckitt USA business. The role reports into the I&A lead for CE & Business Insights & Analytics and is a part of the wider I&A structure that supports Core Reckitt. The Consumer Engagement Team's mission is to deliver marketplace outperformance across our Omni channel strategy, leveraging evidence to win brand missions across integrated marketing practices and with a digital consumer experience at heart. Our vision is centered around a collaborative, agile and analytics informed process. You will be responsible for providing strategic and executional insights guidance to the full funnel CE pods through full funnel measurement, data & analytics. You will work in close partnership with the CE teams to embed measurement insights to increase Core Reckitt's competitive advantage through BEI measurement and optimization across the full funnel (inclusive of Ecommerce, CRM, and Retailer Media). You will be responsible for Performance Management & Capabilities (with a key focus on Ecommerce) and driving market insights and actions through issues/ opportunity analysis. This role will also work in close partnership with the US Brand I&A teams, Global D&A team, external consultants, vendor partners and agency partners.
