The Consumer Insights Manager is responsible for shaping consumer-centric decision making across the business—partnering with Marketing, R&D/Design, and cross-functional leadership to uncover insights that fuel growth. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on researcher and a strategic thought partner , able to design and execute research independently or with external agency partners, synthesize multiple data inputs, and turn insights into clear, compelling recommendations. Here, you will make an impact by: Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end research (qual & quant), with strong knowledge of problem definition and scoping, research design, sampling, analysis, and vendor management. Experience supporting innovation, renovation, product development, or brand strategy and communications. Fluency in interpreting multiple data sources, including syndicated (e.g., Numerator, Circana), secondary, digital, and behavioral data. Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills—able to simplify the complex and influence decision makers. Highly collaborative, with proven ability to build trust and drive alignment across functions. Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities with speed, rigor, and attention to detail. Proven ability to develop and manage the budget across a portfolio of brands and products to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of insights that support business objectives. Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
