About The Position

We are seeking an Insight Manager to lead our Walmart analytics function in Bentonville. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine people leadership, client partnership, analytics, and innovation. You will lead a team of analysts and AI applications specialists, collaborating with Walmart stakeholders to transform complex data into commercial outcomes. Additionally, you will partner with Retail Insight leadership to influence strategic priorities and enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Walmart analytics/data
• Working with AI technologies, to include the creation of agentic AI solutions and/or creation of dashboards using AI
• Prior experience leading, developing and inspiring high-performing teams.
• The ability to build credibility and influence with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Strong analytical capability, including SQL and experience working with modern analytics platforms.
• A track record of turning complex business challenges into practical, measurable outcomes.
• Experience delivering in a fast-paced, client-facing environment while balancing multiple priorities.
• A passion for continuous improvement, innovation and developing better ways of working.

• A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.

• Working closely with Retail Insight leadership on strategic planning, team growth, capability development and hiring.
