About The Position

This role is focused on providing technical sales support to customers. The position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a strong work ethic and a customer-centric approach. The individual will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing technical assistance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Superior & Professional Communication Skills, written & verbal

• Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision of the Product Brand Manager.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software primarily word & excel

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Technical Knowledge of trailer parts preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via email and phone in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Enter customer orders, answer technical questions, resolve discrepancies & generates sales quotations.
• Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, accurate and highly productive manner according to Company policy.
• Maintain good attendance. Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned by the company.
