About The Position

Weimer Bearing & Transmission is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Plover, Wisconsin team, part of our River Valley Supply Division. We specialize in high-tech mechanical, pneumatic, material handling and electrical motion control products and services, supporting major manufacturing and maintenance companies across a wide range of industries. As one of the largest privately held companies in our industry, with over 40 locations across 12 states, Weimer Bearing & Transmission continues to grow while providing excellent long-term career advancement opportunities. Our River Valley Supply division is your premier source for conveyor belting and related equipment. We have been supplying the aggregate industry for over 30 years with high quality idlers, pulleys, belt cleaning systems, hydraulic hose, crusher screens and mechanical power transmission components.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical products
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Industrial sales or power transmission product experience preferred
• Experience with Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system a plus

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare customer quotations and follow up on opportunities
• Handle returns, expediting, and order status updates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
• Provide technical product solutions and support to customers
• Learn and understand our product lines and applications
• Participate in and complete our internal training program
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication
