About The Position

Inside Support is a sales teams that is growing fast at A1 Garage Door Service, and we are looking for a leader who can take it to the next level. As the Inside Support Supervisor, you will coach, motivate, and grow a team of inside sales reps who handle follow up leads, phone quote sales, and repair solutions. This is not a back-office role. It is a hands-on sales leadership position where you will drive revenue, build culture, and help a competitive team win every day. We want a leader who thrives on coaching, running contests, and inspiring reps to consistently exceed goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience (inside sales, call center, or home services preferred)
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals and driving team performance
  • Strong coaching skills—you know how to break down calls, give actionable feedback, and inspire reps to improve
  • Competitive, energetic, and motivational leadership style with the ability to build culture
  • Tech-savvy with CRM, Power BI, Excel, phone systems, and texting software (Chirp experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication, tonality, and consultative sales mindset
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 14+ Inside Support sales reps, ensuring consistent coaching, call reviews, and one-on-one development
  • Drive performance across revenue, close rates, discounts, financing penetration, and customer experience metrics
  • Run contests, sales meetings, and motivational initiatives to keep the team engaged and competitive
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Torch team leaders to ensure smooth lead flow, fast response times, and maximum conversions
  • Use Power BI, CRM, and Dialpad data to spot trends, identify opportunities, and make quick, informed decisions
  • Jump in to support the team when needed, but focus primarily on coaching and building future top performers
  • Champion a fun, ethical, customer-first sales culture that balances results with outstanding service
